Remove an application

If an application hasn't been used within a review or isn't associated with an access model, it can be deleted. Applications cannot be removed if:

  • They've been included within a review
  • They're associated with an access model
  • There are outstanding access requests associated with the application
  • They've been used within a personnel event (applies to the Operations module only)

If an application cannot be removed, you can still archive the application to visually remove it from your list of active applications. If you want to delete an application and the only thing preventing deletion is the association with access models, you can find the access models associated with the application using the instructions located here: View a list of access models associated with a specific application

To remove an application, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Applications list, select the application you want to remove.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Select the Delete link.

  4. Enter Delete in the confirmation field and select the Delete button. The application is removed from the Applications list.
