Help menu¶
The Help menu (the ? button in the top-right navigation) provides quick access to diagnostic tools, product information, and support resources. The menu is available from any page in Permission Assist.
Menu items¶

| Documentation | Opens the Permission Assist documentation website in a new browser tab. |
| Support | Opens the SMA Technologies support portal in a new browser tab. |
| Health Check | Displays the health status of Permission Assist system components, including browser compatibility, system services, and server hardware metrics. Use this after installation or an upgrade to verify the system is operating correctly. |
| System Connectivity | Tests and displays the connection status of all application connectors, directory source connectors, and platform services. Use this to verify that Permission Assist can reach each integration or to troubleshoot connection failures. |
| About Permission Assist | Shows the installed version, a component inventory, and options to download the Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) in SPDX or CycloneDX format. |
