Delete a directory source¶
Directory sources with identities that are not associated with applications and/or used in reviews can be deleted. When a directory source is deleted, all identities and directory groups will be deleted along with the configuration information and import history.
To delete a directory source, complete the following steps:
- From the Directory Sources list (System Configuration > Directory Sources), select the directory source you want to delete.
- Select the Settings tab.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Delete link.
Note
If you see an Archive link instead of a Delete link, it means that there are identities associated with applications and/or reviews and the directory source cannot be deleted. Archive the directory source first. You may still be able to delete the directory source if all associations can be removed during the archive process.
-
Enter
Deletein the field, and then select the Delete button. The directory source and all associated identities are deleted.
