Application logs¶
The Logs page displays a list of events that are logged by Permission Assist. For example, each time an import occurs, an automatic email is sent, identities are updated, a Permission Assist update is installed, and so on, a logged message appears in this list. In the event an error occurs, this log can be helpful for troubleshooting, and our support team may ask you to review the log to see what error message is provided.
How to access this page¶
Go to the System Configuration cogwheel in the upper right corner of Permission Assist and select Logs. The Logs page is displayed.
