Remediation details report

The Remediation Details report provides the details of the access request, such as who initiated the request, whether the request was to change or remove access, and the specific permissions that should be added or removed. If your system configuration settings allow, this report is automatically attached to the email notifications sent to the Provision Team or Provision Engineer.

Generate the report manually

To manually generate a Remediation Details report, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Change Management Taskboard, select a request from the list. The request details page is displayed.

  2. Select the Export button in the upper right corner of the page. The Remediation Details report is displayed.

Note

A reviewer can also generate this report from the Review Items Taskboard by selecting the numbered link next to the status of the review item. The access request opens in a new tab. Select the Export button in the upper right corner of the page.

Remediated report

The Remediated report is available to Security Team members or anyone who is part of the Reporting Only group in System Configuration > System Authentication.

This report provides a list of all requests that have been remediated within a review, along with all comments and actions associated with each request. It is usually generated after a review is completed; however, it can be generated at any point after a review has started.

Note

This report is available on the Reports tab of the review or in the Reports > Reviews area.
