Enable or disable an access model¶

Access models are included in reviews if they are enabled at the time the review is started. Disabling an access model will prevent the access model from being used with personnel events and in future reviews.

To change the status of an access model, complete the following steps:

1. From the Access Models list, select the access model you want to change. The access model's detail page is displayed.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. If the access model is enabled, the Enabled button will appear green. You can disable the access model by selecting the button and it will turn grey indicating the access model will be disabled. If the access model button is disabled, the Enabled button will appear grey. You can enable the access model by selecting the button and it will turn green indicating the access model will be enabled.
4. Select Save. The access model status is updated.
