Last Login Date report (Reviews)

How to view or generate this report

Go to Reports > Reviews > Last Login Date.

The Last Login Date report shows usage and credential-hygiene data for every application user in a review: when they last logged in, when their password expires, and when their account expires. It gives reviewers and auditors a quick read on whether the accounts under review are actively used, dormant, or already on a path to expiration — context that often changes a reviewer's decision about whether to approve or flag an item.

This is a Reviews-section report. There is a separate, similarly-named Last Login Date report in the Applications section for outside-of-review use.

When to use this report

  • Stale-account cleanup. Pair this report with a flagged or remediated review to identify accounts that should be removed because they haven't been used in months or years.
  • Reviewer prep. Application Managers can use this report to spot accounts that haven't been used in a long time and tighten access — or remove it — before the review concludes.
  • Credential-hygiene audit. Confirm that password and account expirations are configured in the source application; missing expiration data may indicate a configuration gap.
  • Examiner answers. Examiners often ask whether your review process considers usage. This report is the evidence that you can — and do.
