Custom Audit Package¶
How to view or generate this report
Go to Reports > Personnel Events > Custom Audit Package.
The Custom Audit Package bundles the complete record of personnel events into one ZIP archive: every onboarding, offboarding, role transition, or leave of absence (your choice of which) within a date range you specify (your choice of window). For each personnel event in scope, the package includes the event's full details, every linked access request, and any file attachments captured on comments. An Audit Package Summary PDF sits at the root of the ZIP as the executive overview.
It's the audit artifact for personnel-event activity — the right package to share when an examiner asks about hires, terminations, role changes, or leaves over a specific period.
When to use this report¶
- Examiner-ready bundle. When an examination covers a date range — for example, "the last fiscal year" or "Q3" — generate this package once and you have everything in one download.
- Period-over-period analysis. Compare a package from the prior period to the current one to track changes in volume, types, or completion times.
- Long-term archive. Store this package in your document-retention system alongside the period's HR records.
- Targeted audit response. Use the event-type checkboxes to scope the package to just the categories an auditor is asking about (for example, terminations only).

Configurable contents¶
When you generate the package, set the following:

| Start Date / End Date | The date window. The package includes events whose Created Date or Updated Date falls within the window. If no window is provided, the report defaults to the last year. |
| Include Onboards | Include onboarding events in the package. |

| Include Leave of Absences | Include leave-of-absence events in the package. |
