Entitlement Roles

Permission Assist uses Entitlement Roles to help your organization define sets of privileges that Identities in your organization should have based on a role. For example, if you have group of tellers - you can use a Teller Role to define, across ALL applications, what permissions tellers should have. This can be extremely helpful when a new teller is hired, if they leave, or if they transition to a new position.

If you are using the Operations module within Permission Assist, setting up Entitlement Roles will also help make personnel events such as onboarding, onboarding, and role transitions much easier.

To view the Entitlement Roles list, go the Manage menu on the main screen and select Entitlement Roles.
