Export a System Diagnostic File

In the event an error occurs, Sycorr support staff may ask you to send an encrypted diagnostic file securely through our portal: sycorr.com/support

Although the diagnostic file is secured, it does contain detailed system information that is required to simulate portions of your environment in times of need, and it should be handled appropriately. Do not create this file unless instructed by Sycorr support staff, and do not send this file by email.

To create an encrypted diagnostic file and send it to Sycorr securely, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the System Configuration cogwheel and select Logs. The Logs page is displayed.

  2. Select the Export Diagnostics button. The encrypted diagnostic file is created and the Save As window is displayed.

  3. Browse to the folder in which you want to save the files and then select Save. The file is downloaded.

  4. In a supported internet browser like Brave, Edge, or Chrome, browse to the support portal: sycorr.com/support

  5. Select the Support Portal button.

  6. Select Report a Problem. Enter the form information, making sure to attach the diagnostic file and then select Create. A support ticket is created and the file is securely sent to our Sycorr support team.

  7. Delete the diagnostic file from the location it was saved in step 3. You’re support issues are our top priority, so we’ll get to work on it as soon as possible!
